Hello Thom.

Remember I already had started the Fat Loss 4 Idiots. I have lost a total of 13 lbs in two 11 day sessions. I would have lost more but I chose to drink wine, and on the 4th of July I cheated as I had a party so that Friday and Saturday I did drink alcohol. Also, I am going in for my MRI on my knee next Monday, so I have not exercised, which I believe would have promoted even more weight loss.

Regardless, I am very happy with my results so far, and I am recommending this diet to everyone who asks me how I am losing weight. On Monday I start my 3rd 11 day session. I think this time I will be more strict (with the wine). I will let you know how it goes. I will also do the survey Sunday or Monday as I am leaving out of town for the day.

After I am done losing all the weight I want, I would like to start some kind of maintenance diet. I do not want to gain it back, obviously. I believe I read about something on Fat Loss 4 Idiots web site. But I don't remember how to get it. Is it a separate program I have to pay for?

I am looking forward to your future emails regarding exercising, dieting and tips.

I was away on business for the first few days so I am only just starting day five of the diet. I have lost 4 pounds so far. I will keep you posted.

Just to let you know that it is day 4 for me today, and I have lost 3.6 pounds since Monday( 7/7/08). My daughter is also following and it is day 3 for her, she called me this morning and has lost 3 pounds.

I am really excited about it, I have been stalled on weight watchers for about a year, and checked and am even staying very close to my points allotment that WW calls for, however it is truthfully the combination and planof the 11 day diet, that is actually leading to results. WW has a "kick start plan" that offered similar results to this, but I did not like any of the foods they listed on that menu and it did not offer the flexibility for the foods I actually liked. (also involved lengthy preparation for dishes that I simply don't have time to do) .

Thanks so much, if I continue to do as well as I have in the first few days, I actually believe that I can reach my goal. Also, the booklet provided with this program was very helpful and practical for maintenance, once you have reached your goal, and I look forward to following the simple rules for healthy living and staying thin, also knowing that I can employ the 11 day plan again if needed in a pinch.

i never fail to be totally in awe of you and how much time and effort and most of all, ENTHUSIASM you put into this project!! thank you! you dont scam us like most weight loss people do! makes me happy to see a nice person like you trying his best
to help us!

im sure your diet plan works, but after i subscribed to your helpful emails, i decided not to diet after all, my best friend is severly anorexic, and im not overweight, so i didnt want to risk going too far with dieting. but thanks all the same, and im saving all the great emails you send me for the future, and for my mother who is very overweight!

I did my first day yesterday, and lost 1.5lb. Yippy. I have decided that it was just easier to sign up for the program now I am excited. $39 well spent.

I have not finished the diet, I purchased the product and received a 11 day menu plan which I started Friday.  I still have a few more days to go, but so far have lost 6 pounds.
