Hello Tom,
I already filled out this survey last week, and since then, have been off
the plan for 3 days and now back on for Day 1 today. I lost 5 pounds in 11 days and am quite pleased with the
results so did purchase the $39 plan and going for my second round.

I cannot believe that I actually lost weight! It took a lot of dedication for sure, but was well
worth it to see results in such a short period of time. A fit person, the pounds I lost were ones that I had tried
a million ways to get off before, including diets and very regular exercise.
Now a Mom of 2 (and only 8 weeks out from the last baby), I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight and
10 pounds away from my ultimate goal,
which will have me in the best shape of my life!

I loved it! I bought the diet and lost 7 lbs in the 11 days. Will continue to use it until I reach
my goal. At times it's hard to schedule to eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hrs, but when done it really seems to work. Glad I
found it on the internet. I really needed a good diet to get me motivated and jump started. Thanks! Laurie
