Dear Tom,
Thank you for the sample diets for the last 3 days. I have noticed that I have
dropped 2 pounds since Monday. My husband joked that it was probably because I lost it by going to
the bathroom. Surprisingly though, I haven't gone the way I expected because fruit usually really
moves me. Anyway, I feel the weight loss is real. I am looking forward to receiving the next few
days of sample menus. Thank you so much.

Hello Harrison,
Just a quick note to tell others "be encouraged, if I can do it so can you!!" I
have been on the diet now for seven days and I have lost a total of 10 pounds. I am very excited
and am looking forward to dropping 30 to 40 more over the next couple of months. I am walking at
least 30 minutes per day and since last friday I have been loosing 1 pound per day. This is
amazing!!!!!

Thanks for the diet plan! It did work actually, although I made some minor
changesin the menu. (for instance I don't like raw zucchinis at all, so I ate cucumbers instead) I
didn't follow the diet on the second day ( not enough strength and willpower - the breakfast was
yummy, but all that fruit, and nothing but fruit!), and in spite of this I lost 2 kg. I wanted to
complete the survey but it says it has been closed.. ..

I thought it was great that I could eat and not crave the carbs. I also added
ground flaxseed, undiluted & unfiltered apple cider vinegar, & virgin coconut oil in the
diet plan. I started at 139.8 and now I weigh 132.7. Thanks for all your help!!! Now I can fit into
my dress for a wedding next weekend!! YAY!
