The shifting calories theory has actually existed for few decades. In actual fact, nowadays, many popular diets have some elements of the shifting calories theory in them.

Ultimately, this would improve our metabolic rate, and we will be able to lose weight more effectively.

In conclusion as compared to the traditional diet plans, the Calorie Shifting diet plan is indeed more effective. Therefore, it is not a rare scenario to see so many diets that are starting to implement a small extent of shifting calories theory in their diets.
