Recommended Daily Calorie Intake To Maintain Weight

Many people who have tried the Calorie Shifting diet have started to approach their goal and some of them asked me, "How can I maintain my weight, and whare is the recommended daily calorie intake to maintain my weight?" Other than exercise consistently to make sure that the fats are being burned evenly in your body, you should also make sure that you consume just enough calorie to support your daily need.

In this article, I'm going to show you how to know how many calorie do you need in a day to maintain your current weight.

Firstly, the easiest way is to take the recommended daily calorie intake for an average adult. For an average adult, it will be about 2500 calorie for men and 2000 calorie for woman. Even though this figure might vary due to the differences in age and daily work load, this is a good estimation.

Secondly, you may estimate your BMI, thus calculating your daily caloric need. By following the daily caloric need, you'll be able to maintain your weight easily.

Of course, just eating alone will not help you to maintain your weight. Remember, you should have sufficient exercise and I would recommend you at least 30min of exercise a day. Walking for 30min (nonstop) a day will be the best exersise to maintain your weight.

Therefore, if you are approaching your goal, then you should consider lowering your diet intensity and start increasing your daily caloric intake to the recommended daily calorie intake and maintain your new gorgeous body.
