The Importance Of Eating The Right Food & Exercise Through The Right Exercise Technique
Recently, I received an email from a person asking me why should she exercise since the Calorie Shifting diet is so great that it can help to improve her metabolic rate. I find that this is a wrong mindset and perception of many people -- thinking that they can lose weight healthily by just dieting, which in actual fact, is not true at all. I'm not an extreme advocacy of any diet plan. I advocate the idea of eating the right food and exercise through the right exercise technique. Back to the question, why should YOU exercise even though you are following a great diet? The answer is simple - to achieve a balanced weight loss.
If you are observant enough, you should realize that many people who managed to lose weight purely from diet have very loose and flabby skin. They do not have nice muscle tone and elegant body shape. This is because they forget the fact that they have to exercise when they are losing weight to tone up their muscles. Toning up your muscles should be done while you are still losing weight so that you can reap the maximum effect.
Therefore, back to the question again should you exercise? The answer is - the diet is pretty sufficient to help you to lose weight, but a 30-45 minutes of walk (or exercise) a day will do no harm. Remember, the ultimate formula of weight loss :
