How Healthy Is Your Calorie Shifting Diet?

1) Try to choose more foods that are perceived as negative calories. If you have read my
previous article on negative calorie theory, then you should understand that some foods require higher calorie
to be digested, thus will help in weight loss. Can you imagine how great will the result be if you choose to
include higher composition of negative calorie foods? Below are some foods that are proven to contain negative
(or almost) calorie in their natural state :
2) Do try to go for a cycle of vegetarian diet if possible. A vegetarian diet consists of
vegetables and fruits that can help to improve your body immune system and help in toxic elimination. This will
help to improve your overall health as well as your metabolic rate. Therefore, I'll highly recommend you to
design a vegetarian diet menu for your first diet cycle so that you can prepare yourself for a greater and more
efficient weight loss in the future.
3) Try to avoid including red meat such as beef in your diet menu. While I know that beef is one
of the favorite options of most people, I do not really recommend it. Red meat contains higher fat and
cholesterol, and red meat is harder to be digested.
