Next Level Calorie Shifting 2 – 5 Simple Goal Setting

Goal setting is the most important part of not only Calorie Shifting diet, but also for all weight loss routines. However sadly, many people tend to neglect this. Why is it important to set your goals? Simple answer, goal setting provides you with a clear path and motivates you to reach that goal. It is only with a clear goal, you will not give up easily until you reach it.

Before you start the diet, I want you to set your own goal. Jot them down, and hang it at the most visible place in your daily life – be it your fridge, your working cubicle or your bed room!

1) What is your current weight?

2) What is your target weight?

3) How much weight you have to lose to reach that target?

4) How many months are you going to invest to reach that target?

5) What are you going to reward yourself, once you reach that target?

Note that it is important for you to set up your goal to reach by month, by doing so, you will be able to keep track of your Calorie Shifting progress by week and by month. Besides that, it is also important to reward yourself - this is especially important to keep you motivated to reach your weight loss goal in long term.

Once you have set your goals. It is time to plan for your diet and exercises. In the next post, I will be talking about how to plan your Next Level Calorie Shifting. Stay tune and hope that you enjoy this series of posts.
