The monthly membership costs $19.95. Though it is a little bit more expensive, Yay Food provides additional features such as recipe and private member forum et cetera. The people in the forum are very sincere and helpful.

For the result, Yay Food claims that its Calorie Shiting diet plan can help to reduce 15lbs in 2weeks. The claim is too ridiculous as our another 5 testers only managed to lose 11lbs in 2weeks.

Unlike Fat Loss 4 Idiots, Yay Food does not provide a diet generator. Instead, it teaches you how to plan your own diet by counting the calorie you needed everyday.
